Erik Hoferer

I was born in Wilmington and have spent my entire life in and around New Castle County Delaware, Cecil County Maryland, and Chester County Pennsylvania. My wife Kim is a teacher in the Pennsylvania public school system and also a licensed REALTOR. We have two wonderful sons, Austin and Zackary.

A life-long learner, I enjoy being challenged on a daily basis. Completing the tasks at hand today, and wondering about the possibilities of tomorrow, are what keep me engaged at a high level.

Real estate has been my passion for most of my adult life, and my career for more than 15 years.
